i lent a guy the ladder to get into his house
mines kinda long, i’ll try and make it understandable. i got a knock on the door one day from what i thought was my neighbour down the road. he said he had locked himself out and could he borrow one of my dads ladders to get into his bathroom window. I thought i’d be a nice neighbour so i let him borrow it. Anyway about three hours later i looked outside and there were loads of police around. i didn’t make anything of it, and then one of the police knocked at the door, my dad answered it and they said that they had found one of my dads company ladders outside a house that had been robbed! I had to rush in and say that i lent a guy the ladder to get into his house because he had been locked out. Anyway they found the real guy and everything. but god that was embarrassing!
