Embarrassing Diarrhea story

I work at McDonald’s and I was feeling so sick today and out of no where went diarrhea in my pants (I was wearing shorts), and it poured all over the floor, and I ran to the bathroom. The next moment, my manager was cleaning up the diarrhea with the same cloth she scrubs the counters with where the food is made!!I She was complaining someone spilled syrup on the floor. I ran home during my break and changed but the diarrhea was still on the cloth the rest of the day. was I wrong for not owning up to it??? We wipe the cups with the same towel when we’re handing them to customers!!! I feel so bad :
